We were a little disappointed by the location, the pictures and the outside looked more elegant, but the details were a little more demanding. The tables were not dressed and were numbered with pearl-drawn numbers directly on the table; we took the first of the tables and were discrete, the pizzas were a very invited look; there was a strong pizza smoke.

Siamo rimasti un po&#39; delusi dalla location. Dalle foto e dall&#39;esterno sembrava pi&ugrave; elegante, ma dentro la cura dei dettagli lasciava un po&#39; a desiderare. I tavoli non avevano tovaglia ed erano numerati con numeri disegnati a pennarello direttamente sul tavolo. Noi abbiamo preso dei primi di pasta ed erano discreti, le pizze avevano un aspetto invitante. C&#39;era un forte fumo di pizza.

Siamo arrivati (in 4) alle 14:00 e siamo usciti alle 16, tempi biblici, troppi tavoli, con cucina e personale evidentemente sottodimensionati. Inoltre hanno sbagliato quasi tutti i piatti. Note positive la location e la gentilezza del personale, ma non ci tornerei.

La prenotazione con the fork non &egrave; stata considerata, non &egrave; stato semplice trovare un tavolo ma il personale ha fatto di tutto per accontentarci, il servizio &egrave; stato piuttosto deludente perch&eacute; a detta dei camerieri il personale si &egrave; assentato senza preavviso.

The booking with the fork was not considered, it was not easy to find a table but the staff did everything to satisfy us, the service was rather disappointing because the staff said the servants were absent without Preavis.

This is an interesting space overlooking an ancient Romam home.   The food was superb as was the wine.   We really enjoyed the meal.

Hostaria Terra Chiama is a gem! It offers thoughtful, contemporary atmosphere coupled with attentive, knowledgeable service and delicious regional food.

The food was excellent. I ordered the pork dish with roasted potatoes. It was one of the best meals on our 5 week trip throughout Italy. Highly recommend.

La Volta Antica

This place was highly recommended by a friend.  We were only in Assisi for one night and was looking forward to dinner at Enoteca Mazzini.My husband and I loved the quaint and cozy feel of this place.  We ate outside which was lovely.  The portions were perfect... definitely left there full and happy.  We had a nice glass of wine that was highly recommended.All in all a nice place that I suggest you try.

Great restaurant. We got there early so we had the place to ourselves but it was filling up as we left so booking definitely advisable.
